Hypnotherapy & Deep Subconscious Work

Transform what’s been holding you back at the root.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, effective way to work directly with the subconscious mind, the place where emotional patterns, beliefs, trauma responses, and habits are formed and stored.

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist with a trauma-informed approach, supporting people through anxiety, emotional pain, confidence blocks, relationship patterns, and identity shifts, not by forcing change, but by working with the mind and nervous system in a grounded, respectful way.

This work is about real change, not surface-level coping.

How Hypnotherapy Works

Hypnotherapy helps you access a deeply relaxed, focused state where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to insight and change. In this state, we can safely explore where patterns began, understand why they formed, and begin to rewire the beliefs that no longer serve you.

You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the process.

Some of the work I do draws from Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) – a hypnotherapy-based approach that combines subconscious exploration, hypnosis, and personalised reinforcement. RTT is one of the tools I may use within sessions, but the work itself is always guided by you, your history, and what feels safe and appropriate for your system.

This work can support you with:

  • Anxiety, panic, overwhelm, and chronic stress
  • Trauma recovery, including emotional, psychological, physical, and sexual abuse
  • Toxic, controlling, or abusive relationship patterns
  • Breakup, abandonment, and attachment-related wounds
  • Confidence, self-worth, and boundary repair
  • Repeating emotional, relational, or life patterns
  • Habits, procrastination, and inner resistance
  • Sleep issues, nervous system overload, and stress-related symptoms
  • Money blocks and limiting beliefs around abundance
  • Living with serious or chronic illness, including cancer or autoimmune conditions, by supporting emotional wellbeing, stress regulation, and the mind–body connection

This work does not aim to erase what happened.

It helps your mind and body stop responding as if it’s still happening, so you can live with more choice, clarity, and safety in the present.

A Safe, Grounded Approach

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I work with care, consent, and nervous-system awareness. Sessions are paced intentionally, allowing space for regulation, insight, and integration, not overwhelm.

My role is not to interpret your experience for you or tell you who to be, but to guide you back to your own clarity, strength, and inner authority.

Many clients describe this work as both deep and grounding — challenging where it needs to be, and supportive where safety matters most.

Important Note

Hypnotherapy is a supportive, therapeutic approach, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care.

I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or work with active psychosis, severe dissociation without external clinical support, or situations requiring emergency intervention.

If you are currently in immediate danger or experiencing an acute mental health crisis, please seek support from local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

If you’re unsure whether this work is appropriate for you, we can discuss this together before booking.
